The best thing you can do when it is hot like this is start early! Get up early and beat the heat. Drink plenty of fluids to prevent dehydration! Then go to the beach, drink up some Cape Cod Sun and get a tan!

Here is a great tip for cleaning your silver and gold jewelry:
Put a sheet of tin foil in the bottom of a glass dish. Lay your jewelry out on top of it....don't crowd! Sprinkle it generously with baking soda. Now pour boiling water over the top and let it sit for 15 or 20 minutes. Then rinse it, brush it off, polish it up and wear it!
